Second Century Campaign

Phase II
Over the next three years, the History Center will raise $7.5 million to fully fund the Gallery Campaign, as well as contribute to the ongoing health of the institution’s endowment and operating budget. The various components of the Second Century Campaign will transform the History Center both inside and out and will set the stage for future generations to come.

The total will be allocated as such:

$2,000,000 Renovation of Galleries and Lobby
$3,000,000 New Richmond History Exhibitions
$2,000,000 Endowment
$500,000 Unrestricted Funds for Operations

Building the History Center's endowment will ensure:

That operations are sustained and enhanced during its second century, providing a legacy of historical appreciation and understanding for future generations.
That education programs continue to grow and diversify; that the History Center continues as a vital resource to the City, Region and the Commonwealth.
